PAYMENTS
We accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe. No credit details are stored on our website. We are currently setting up the option to pay via Apple Pay.
DELIVERY / COLLECTION
Standard delivery for all non personalised gifts are within 3 to 5 days from payment received.
Delivery for Personalised items take within 7 to 10 days from order/payment.
Collection – if you choose to collect your order, then this is from Preston – full collection details will be advised after order.

RETURNS / REFUND
Customer and your experience is very important to us. Should you wish to return your items we will accept a return or exchange, within 14 days, if the product(s) are in their original condition and packaging. Get in touch with us at [email protected]
PERSONALISATION
Please ensure when you enter your personalised information in the notes box in the checkout, you ensure that all the spelling is correct. We are not accountable for spelling mistakes (made on the initial order request).
DATA COLLECTION
Inspired by Bellella respects all our customer’s privacy and your information will never be shared with anyone. Our order process makes it necessary to collect sensitive data from our customers. Which may include, but not limited to, your name, address, phone numbers, email address (no payment data is stored with our website) if you choose to save your credit card details when ordering, then this will be stored within our Stripe account. Be confident this information will not be shared but will be used to process your order or contact you regarding your order.
